Day 1: Arrive in Lhasa

Upon arrival you would be met and transferred to the hotel.

Day 2: Visit Potala Palace, Jokhang Monastery and Barkhor Street

Early morning, sightseeing of Potala Place build in 7the century by 33rd kind Songtsen Gampo, the former administrating office of Tibet kingdom until last Langthar Ma. Next to visit Jhokang Temple and Barkhor Street. Jhokang Temple is founded in 7th century by Chinese wife Wenchen to place in her gift of Jhowo (Avaloketeshvara) image.

Day 3: Set out for Gandan and Dregung Monastery

Drive out just after breakfast early in the morning, to see the first ranked Ganden among the six Gelug sect monasteries. Ganden monastery was builted in 1409 by Tsongkapa, also the founder of Gelug pa school. Gaden monastery was renowned as its abbot throne holder was being recruited on the basis of knowledge by gathering monks even from Drepung and Sera monastery. After the lunch, we will visit Drepung monastery, one of the six Gelug pa monasteries, was founded in 1416 by Jamyang Choge Tashi Palden (1397–1449), is one of Tsongkhapa’s main disciples.

Day 4: Set out for Namtso Lake via Damshong 340 km

Tibet is imagine with huge mountains, grassland and exonerated river streams including the world’s extinct animals of both domestic and wild. This kind of great trip takes you to look upon the real and close investigation about Tibet more like what it is. The blue lake Namtso (4718m) is the highest salted lake in the world with the natural sights that attracts travelers in Tibet mostly. This holy lake is also considered to be the second largest salted water body in China. The wide open spaces dotted with the tents of local nomads are most unique from rest of the sighs. Here, one hour meditation in the caves on Tashi Dor Island in Nam-Tso Lake is possible if you are insterested in. In the afternoon, we drive to stay in Damxung Jinzhu Hotel or Damxung Nyenchen Tanglha Hotel, or similar one.

Day 5: Drive to Shigatse via Shogula Pass

Today is an amazing day because we will have gorgeous sights about the Tibet Natural slide like the vast plains of Changtang plateau, nomads, animals, Tibetan landscapes, huge snow-covered mountains, Brahmaputra River. We may get to Shigatse at around 2 pm, take easy lunch, and then we will visit Tashilhunpo Monastery. In the evening you can step through Tibetan market in Shigatse.

Day 6: Set out for Gyangtse (3950m, 90 km) to visit Palkhor Monastery and Pala mayor. then drive to Lhasa

In the morning, we drive 90 km to Gyantse and have lunch here, then visit Pelkor Choede Monastery, and Gyantse Dzong and Pala Mayor. Then drive along the southern route to visit Lake Yamdrok youtso lake. En-route you also have few passes Kambala and Karola glacier where we will stop for taking pictures, then we drive safely to Lhasa around 7pm.

Day 7: Transfer to Air-port or Train station
