Day 1: Arrive in Lhasa

At arrival, you will be met by our tour guide and transfer to hotel downtown Lhasa. Proving a brief introduction of the Biking tour arrangements by our agency staff.

Day 2: Tour in Lhasa with Bike

Visit the famous two sights in Lhasa which are dating back to the 7^th century. Potala palace and Jokhang temple are must tourist attractions featured in the holy city Lhasa.

Day 3: Tour in Lhasa with Bike

We will start at 09:00 in the morning. Biking 8km north-west of Lhasa and visit Drepung Monastery, which is situated at the foothill of a mountain. After having lunch in some local restaurants, ride bike to Sera Monastery 7km. The most attractive for this monastery is its Buddhist monk’s debating held in the courtyard.

Day 4: A Scenic Biking Adventure to Gyantse through Yamdrok Lake 280km

After the breakfast, pick up from the hotel at 09:00 and start biking to Gyangtse. En-route, you will across Kambala pass (3975m), the most beautiful lake Yamdrok Youtso, Karola Glacier and Semila Pass. Stop at every sight to take photos with the great natures until arriving in Gyangtse. Gyangtse is renowned for Pelkhor Monastery and the stupa. Gyangtse Zong is located on top of the hill, was once the administration of central Tibet.

Day 5: Gyantse to Shigatse 90km

You ride to Shigatse 90km through an agricultural area. If it is interested, we can drive to a small scenic village called Kardoi. Including this have 120km for a round trip. This excursion will also take you to an old castle Gyantse Dzong and Palcho Chode monastery. And, Tashi Lhunpi Monastery in Shigatse at last.

Day 6: Shigatse to Lhatse 150km

Ride via Yulung La 4950m and road that fairly less vehicles until Lhatse. After reaching Lhatse, we will transfer you in Shanghai hotel which is the best hotel out there.

Day 7: Lhatse to Rongphu Monastery 195km

We will drive to Rongbu Monastery (5150m) located just below the the Mt. Everest EBC (5200m). On the way, we will cross the cultural town Lhatse, Gyatsola Pass (5248m), and Shegar cover 245km. A little from Shegar we will head into huge mountains and passes to cover 102km until Rongphu monastery, the highest monastery in the world.

Overnight: A simple monastery guesthouse or tented guesthouse

Day 8: Explore Everest Base Camp and Set for Lhatse 195km

The day starts early in the morning, so we can enjoy the sunrise over the top of Mt. Everest. We will drive our own vehicle (4km) from Rongpu Monastery to Eco-bus station. Then take the ECO-BUS to and from EBC (4km). After an enough exploration, we head back to Eco-bus station by bus. We will then drive back 195km to Lhasa with the same road.

Day 9: Drive to Shigatse 150km

Drive to Shigatse.

Overnight: Gesar hotel in Shigatse

Day 10: Drive to Lhasa 282km

We will take the northern route to Lhasa.

Day 11: Drive to Namtso Lake 250km

On the way to Namtso we cross an area of vast pastures known as the Changthang (Northern Plain); home to the plateau nomads of northwestern Tibet. Finally, we will arrive at Namtso lake, one of the three holiest lakes in Tibet and a popular pilgrimage destination. Namtso is the highest Salt Lake on earth and the second largest Salt Lake in China (the largest being Qinghai Lake in Qinghai Province).

Overnight: A clean guesthouse at the lake

Day 12: Drive back to Lhasa 250km

We will enjoy the last minute at Namtso lake with morning sunrise. Have breakfast and back to Lhasa by lazy driving along the nomadic areas.

Day 13: Departure
