In the morning, our guide and driver will pick you up from hotel and drive to Potala Palace. The thirteen storey with one thousand houses, the Potala is the palace for Tibetan kings from King Songtsang Gampo, who was counted as the thirty-third king. It is dating back to 7th century that the exclusive Tibetan structure could be the winner at a time. While visiting the rooms, our guide will define word-for word explanation for featuring the real history that has passed.

11:30am

We probably come out of the Palace before lunch. Our driver will transfer you into a normal Tibetan kitchen for lunch The restaurant is not big enough but you will get genuine Tibetan food which is the real taste of Tibet. There is an English menu and even our guide will advise you little more for your best choice.

15:00pm

After the lunch, we may have 1-2hours walking into the Barkhor street in order to spend time before Norbulingka is open on 15:00. You can enjoy the street with dozens of people circumambulate around Jokhang Temple and Tibetan souvenirs in the market. We will drive to Norbulingka before it is open – the summer palace of successive Dalai Lamas.

Once complete the visit, we will drive to a special and a smooth place of Tibetan traditional performance centre, where you will have a delicious modern dinner while enjoying the opera.
